The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $95,000 to $105,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Lead, coordinate, and direct all functions of their report staff.

  • Perform professionally to interpret/process more complex, less clearly defined issues.

  • Identify and resolve complex problems.

  • Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to gain optimum effectiveness.

  • Participate in the development of department budgets and business plans for functional areas.

  • Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within your responsibility and communicate to the customer.

  • Identify resource needs and develop justification.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s).

  • Demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.

  • Possess 5 years of successful experience in a related field and have successfully demonstrated my position and critical responsibilities as presented above.

  • Able to gauge, identify, and implement training based on skill assessment results.

  • Able to manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and fault data using these methods: Track and measure, evaluate and analyze the data, and implement and direct improvement.

  • Able to create reports and communication materials to track and report performance issues.

  • Demonstrate continuous improvement of maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to the customer.
