TaxStream - Implementation Manager

• Meet with customer's tax department management to determine business and technical needs.
• Recommend optimal system configuration and business processes based on industry best practices.
• Prepare and present implementation plans for customer approval.
• Manage and execute implementation plan including directing staff resources (both internal and external), evaluating results, creating documentation of newly created processes and managing overall engagement.
• Train client personnel on use of software solutions and business practices.
• Must be capable of working in a virtual office environment anywhere in the US.
• 75% travel required

• Bachelor's degree or better in Accounting, MIS, or Business.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of income tax experience (FAS 109 experience preferred).
• Strong business process and analytical skills are essential.
• High proficiency with client server & web-based systems and MS Office.
• CPA firm experience is highly desired.
• Knowledge of TaxStream, InSource, and\or other compliance software is desired.

• Candidate must be results oriented and capable of working independently in the field.
• Project management and analytical skills are a must.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly master TaxStream application, FAS 109 concepts and best practice business procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
• Ability to interact with client tax department professionals and MIS/IT personnel.
